Julia Rutland is the Founder/Executive Director of The Gifted Gown, a nonprofit providing formal wear to the community, free of charge, for every type of special occasion celebration for those who need a helping hand. Julia has also submerged herself in fashion since birth. Realizing sewing wasn’t her strong suit, she carved out her own niche in the industry by combining her retail, customer service, marketing, PR, and creative skills to develop Aesthetic Design Style House (ADSH) to help designers and fashion professionals from the inception of an idea through sales. In addition, Julia is one of the Co-Founders of PATTERN and has served within the organization in many capacities including as Vendor Relations Coordinator and a Community Outreach Director. Her three daughters, husband, & grandson have been the key supporters to help her serve the community she loves so much.
